Tracy Miller is President of the Mid-Atlantic Aerospace Complex. She has an undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and Master’s from Marshall University in educational administration. She worked as an educator in Charleston, South Carolina and moved back to West Virginia to begin her career in economic development. She began at the WV Development Office as a training program manager and later as a marketing representative. Tracy moved to north central West Virginia in 2004 and accepted her current position where she markets and promotes the aerospace industry sector in West Virginia. Tracy is an alumnus of the West Virginia Leadership program, serves on numerous boards, is active in the community and is passionate about promoting West Virginia. She was selected by West Virginia Living Magazine as a West Virginia Wonder Woman. Tracy is married and has three bonus college-age children. She currently resides in Bridgeport, West Virginia.
