Diane Strong is the President and Franchise Owner of Manpower of WV, Inc. She currently serves as Chair of Workforce West Virginia Executive Board, member at large for YPO Mountain State Integrated, Board of Directors for City Holding and City National Bank, member of Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond Round Industry Table, board member of WV Manufacturing Association Educational Fund (Explore Program), member of Buckskin Scout Council Executive Board, Vice Chair of Charleston Alliance Board of Directors, Board of Visitors of West Virginia State University and member of Rotary Club of Charleston.
Ms. Strong was an honoree of the YWCA 2014 Women of Achievement Award and was a WV Executive Magazine Sharp Shooter Honoree in 2020. Ms. Strong was inducted into WVU Business School Hall of Fame in 2024 and was the Recipient of the YMCA Spirit of the Valley 2024.
She attended Rio Grande College and West Virginia State College majoring in Business Administration.
